NICOLE CARINGAL, CFP®, AIF®
Nicole Caringal, President at Eastern Shore Financial, boasts over two decades of experience in the investment industry. Her expertise spans financial planning, personalized investment strategies, and robust retirement plans. Nicole held significant roles at Raymond James Financial Services, T. Rowe Price, and LPL Financial, focusing on management and compliance.

As a CFP® professional she completed a rigorous program, which covered: financial planning process, tax planning, employee benefits, retirement planning, estate planning, investment management and insurance. In addition, she obtained her Accredited Investment Fiduciary designation, AIF®, along with multiple FINRA licenses and insurance certifications, enabling her to offer comprehensive financial services.
Outside of work, Nicole is the Vice President of the United Way of Kent County Board and as Secretary of the Chestertown Rotary Club. She contributes to environmental conservation with Shore Rivers, underscoring her commitment to community and professional excellence.

Marsha Morris is a highly regarded Client Service Associate at Eastern Shore Financial, known for her exceptional organizational skills and efficiency in assisting clients. With over 30 years of experience in retail, she brings strong interpersonal skills and a deep commitment to customer service to her role. Originally from Germany, Marsha moved to the United States as a child and spent her formative years in Las Vegas before settling and raising her family on the Eastern Shore of Maryland.
Outside of work, Marsha treasures moments spent with her five adult children, often enjoying Sunday breakfasts that strengthen family bonds. She shares a passion for travel with her partner of over 14 years, often embarking on road trips aboard their Harley Davidson Fat Boy. Marsha's dedication to both her professional responsibilities and nurturing her family exemplifies her as a compassionate individual who brings positivity to every facet of her life.

Amy Larrauri, our newest Client Services Associate, born and raised on the Eastern Shore of Maryland, grew up in the close-knit community of Galena. She graduated from Kent County High School before attending Chesapeake College to further her education.
In the early 2000s, Amy relocated to Texas, where she launched her career in finance as an administrative assistant. Eventually, she returned to her roots on the Eastern Shore and has been serving her community ever since. With dedication and perseverance, she gained extensive experience in the industry before earning her real estate license in 2014. In 2018 she earned the Graduate, REALTOR® Institute (GRI) designation.
Now residing in Chestertown with her husband and two beloved dogs, Tux and Penelope, Amy enjoys spending time with family and lifelong friends. A true people person, she thrives on building connections and helping clients. Passionate about supporting the local community, she actively networks to strengthen and uplift the small towns that make the Eastern Shore such a special place to call home.
